Maj. Jim Twist is a research scientist focused on cyber threat intelligence, offensive cyberspace operations, and critical infrastructure. Jim has published articles on securing critical infrastructure, incident response, and cyber policy initiatives. He has presented several talks on cyber activities in the dark web.

Maj. Twist is a former Combat Mission Team Leader assigned to lead Soldiers and Army Civilians in developing OCO capabilities against the nation’s adversaries.
