Mark Visger is an Academy Professor at the Army Cyber Institute, United States Military Academy. As Team Lead for the Cyber Law and Policy Team, he focuses on cyber law and policy issues as they affect Army operations. He has taught extensively at the U.S. Military Academy, where he developed and taught the Department of Law’s inaugural Cyber Law course. He has also served as course director for National Security Law, International Law and has taught Constitutional and Military Law and Computing Fundamentals. He has also served as a Judge Advocate for over 20 years, including serving as Staff Judge Advocate to the Commanding General of First Army Division West
