The Army Cyber Institute's Threat Report provide leaders interested in cybersecurity a concise collection of thought provoking articles that explore the boundaries of where cyber is today, and where it is headed in the future. We believe this is valuable because our adversaries use computers in creative asymmetric ways and touch themes relevant to our profession. Often, breakthroughs and trends can first be identified by understanding how these actors innovate new techniques, employ malware, and by how they exploit vulnerabilities in the human, physical, and cyber terrain. We hope these stories demonstrate the full range of capabilities of networked systems. We believe this will be of utility to those defending networks and working in the cyber discipline.
