CPT Alan Adame

Alan was commissioned into the Signal Corps in 2009 and stationed at Fort Huachuca, AZ. As a Lieutenant and junior Captain, he served as a Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, and Battalion Maintenance Officer in 40ESB, 11TTSB. As a Platoon Leader, he also deployed to FOB Warhorse, Iraq in support of OIF and OND during 2010-2011. After the career course, he commanded the Signal Company in 1BCT, 82ND ABN DIV at Fort Bragg from 2014-2016. Following Command, Alan attended UC San Diego where he earned a Masters degree in Computer Science.

Alan is also a graduate of the Signal Captain’s Career Course, Basic Officer Leader Course, Advanced Airborne School Jumpmaster Course, Airborne School, and the Sabalauski Air Assault School. CPT Adame is currently a Cyber Warfare officer serving as a research scientist at the Army Cyber Institute. His research interests include: computer security, tactical communications, software defined radios, and machine learning.
