Captain (Promotable) Michael P. McDonald is a Psychological Operations Officer and the PSYOP Subject Matter Expert at the Army Cyber Institute (ACI). As a Research Scientist at the ACI, he has focused his study on the nexus of Cyberspace and Human Behavior. He holds a BA in History and Political Science from Rutgers University and an MA in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University. He has deployment experience in Indonesia and Afghanistan.
