LTC Michael Quigg is a Research Scientist at the Army Cyber Institute in the Department of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science at the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York. He also serves on the editorial board of The Cyber Defense Review. In the Cyber domain, Quigg served in Army Cyber Command's Directorate of Intelligence as the Analytic Branch lead; at JFHQ-C Army as a Cyberspace Operations Planner; and in the Cyber Protection Brigade as a Cyber Protection Team Lead. His current research focuses on AI, EW, and Cyber Governance. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
