Great things happen when industry, government, academia, and the cybersecurity community come together with a shared purpose. Jack Voltaic 5.0  showcased the power of collaboration: bringing diverse expertise to the table to strengthen skills, build relationships, and tackle complex challenges as a team.

Location: USF Marshall Student Center, Tampa, FL

Jack Voltaic Tampa Objectives:

1. Exercise the City of Tampa and Hillsborough County's abilities to respond to a sophisticated multi-sector, multi-pronged cyber-attack.
2. Assess the ability of state and local public-sector entities to respond to these types of attacks in an already stressed Emergency Management environment.
3. Showcase the City of Tampa and the surrounding counties as emerging national leaders in cybersecurity, particularly cyber incident response.
4. Identify operational impacts for MacDill Air Force Base, US Central Command, and US Special Operations Command in the eventuality of a cyber-attack on the city of Tampa's critical infrastructure.
